The S&P 500 closed slightly lower on Monday after a choppy trading day as investors took a pause ahead of economic data and Fed Chair Jerome Powell's congressional testimony. Apple closed down 2.5% after Apple hit with USD2 billion EU antitrust fine in Spotify case. The EC on Monday said it found that Apple had applied restrictions on app developers that prevented them from informing iOS users about alternative and cheaper music subscription services available outside of the app.
