- European stock markets slumped during the session on November 26 amid concerns of traders about restrictive measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 acute respiratory infections. Meanwhile, the Wall Street (US) stock market closed for Thanksgiving holiday. London stocks fell 0.4 percent to 6,362.93 points as investors were informed about COVID-19 translation restrictions to be imposed after the current four-week partial blockade. UK's will end next week. Meanwhile, the DAX 30 on the Frankfurt bourse fell less than 0.1% to 13,286.57 points, while the CAC 40 index of the Paris market fell 0.1% to 5,566.79 points. The EURO STOXX 50 composite index edged up 0.1% to 3,516.70 points.

- New tax regulations do not drive growth. In 6M2020, Vietnam's GDP growth was only 1.82%, in Q3, Vietnam's economy gradually recovered and reached 2.62%. According to forecasts, GDP growth in Q.4 will be from 3.3-3.5% for the whole year to reach 2.8-3%. This also means that the income of the business in Q4 will increase strongly and according to Decree 126/2020, the enterprise may be fined for this.
