The sell-off in US stocks continued, with all three major indexes falling. Tesla fell more than 5% after RBC Capital Markets cut its price target, citing increased competition in the electric vehicle sector. Tesla shares have lost more than 36% over the past month. Investors also turned their attention to the Federal Reserve's two-day policy meeting, which begins on March 18.
