US stocks rose on Wednesday (July 23), as the latest trade developments fueled optimism on Wall Street that the US will reach more agreements before the upcoming tariff deadline. The Financial Times reported that the US was close to reaching a 15% tariff deal with the EU, saying the deal would be similar to the one between the US and Japan.
