On September 15, U.S. stocks rose after President Donald Trump stated that U.S.-China trade talks were going well. On September 15, 2025, in London, Finance Minister Nguyễn Văn Thắng and a delegation from the Ministry of Finance met with the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and FTSE Russell. Under the witness of Minister Thắng and leaders of both sides, the Vietnam Stock Exchange (VNX) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with FTSE International Limited, officially establishing a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing capital market infrastructure and promoting international integration.
