- The S&P 500 fell more than 1% as yields rebounded. At the end of Wednesday's session, the S&P 500 dropped 1.3% to 3,819.72 points, led by the plunge of technology and non-essential consumer goods. The Nasdaq Composite fell 2.7% to 12,997.75 as shares of Apple, Amazon, Microsoft and Alphabet all fell more than 2%. Netflix shares fell 5%. The Dow Jones index closed near the intraday low, losing 121.43 points (or 0.4%) to 31,270.09 points.

- In the first 2 months 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade said that the export turnover reached 48.55bUSD, up 23.2% over the same period in 2020. The US is the largest export market of Vietnam with 13,78bUSD, up 34.3%. Next is China with 8.2bUSD, up 50.5%. EU market reached 6.1bUSD, up 18.4%. ASEAN market reached 4.1bUSD, up 3.4%. South Korea reached 3.35bUSD, up 13.4%. Japan reached 3.15bUSD, increase more than 1%.

- With the approval of the leaders of the Ministry of Finance to temporarily transfer listed shares from the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) to reduce the load on the trading system. The State Securities Commission announced and instructed HoSE, HNX and the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) to implement.
