- Closed March 10 session, Dow Jones gained strongly when bond yields fell and a new stimulus package passed by the House of Representatives. The Dow Jones rose 464.28 points, or 1.5%, to close at a record high of 32,297.02 points. The S&P 500 rose 0.6% to 3,898.81, led by energy and finance. The Nasdaq Composite closed 0.1 percent lower at 13,068.83 points, after rising 1.6 percent. The Tech Index posted a 3.7% gain in the previous session and recorded its best day since November.

- HSBC: Inflation is not a concern for Vietnam in 2021, exchange rates and interest rates will be stable. However, HSBC reduced its growth forecast for Vietnam this year from 7.6% to 7% on concerns that Q1 GDP growth will be lower than expected.
