HFT – Journey to connect passionate hearts

On December 22, 23, 2018, HFT Securities Corporation organized Team building 2 days and 1 night for all employees and families at Serena Resort – Hoa Binh. This is not only an opportunity for HFT to look back on the past 1-year journey but also a deep gratitude to each member who has always accompanied and relentlessly devoted for the overall development of the company.

During 2 days at Serena Resort, the members participated in a lot of physical activities and spiritual connection such as visiting the resort, team building, art show, and bonfire. The best thing is that the members have been more connected, experiencing games together, laughing together to create unforgettable memories.

HFT employees are young and energetic members who are invaluable resources to create the culture and strength of HFT. HFT’s strategic direction is to build and train human resources with excellent education, sharp expertise and dedicated attitude for Customers. Therefore, in order to create a youthful, dynamic environment, maximizing work capacity and creative thinking, team building activities like this mean a lot to every HFT officer in particular. and the whole company team in general.

The year 2018 is about to end, this is a memorable year with HFT developing in all aspects, achieving impressive business results when it exceeded 120% of operating revenue targets and 111% of profit targets. HFT will continue to go further, and at the same time, hope that all employees will continue to devote and strive for HFT’s sustainable and breakthrough development in the coming years.
