- Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc emphasized the view that Vietnam does not manipulate the currency as the recent conclusion of the US Treasury Department. Instead, the monetary policy of Vietnam is to stabilize the macro-economy, not to devalue the currency to have an unfair commercial advantage.
