- At the end of 11/1 session, US stocks simultaneously declined when investors reconsidered the valuation level and prospect of additional stimulus package, along with the ongoing political instability. The Dow Jones industrial average fell 89.28 points, or 0.3%, to end the day at 31,008.69 points. The S&P 500 lost 0.7% to 3,799.61 points. Nasdaq Composite fell 1.3 percent, closing at 13,036.43 points. At one point, the Dow fell 265 points.
