- Ending the 24/2 session, US stocks recovered strongly when investors continued to flock to stocks that are sensitive to economic developments, at the same time considering the risk of inflation and rising interest rates. The Dow Jones index wiped out a 110-point drop and rose 424.51 points (1.4%), to a record high of 31,961.86, thanks to the sublimation of the energy, industry and finance sectors.
