- At the end of March 5 session, US stocks rallied again after a strong sell-off when bond yields fell, and job reporting better than expected boosted optimism for the economy. The Dow Jones industrial average rose 572.16 points, or 1.9%, to 31,496.30 points, after losing 150 points. The S&P 500 ended 2% higher at 3,841.94 points, after falling 1% earlier. Nasdaq Composite rose 1.6% to 12,920.15 points, as Apple shares rose 1% and Microsoft increased 2%. At the intraday low, the Nasdaq fell 2.6%.

- According to the GSO, in February 2021, there was Lunar New Year holiday coinciding with the COVID-19 outbreak in some provinces and cities, so the progress of projects and works was slowed down. Contractors mainly focus on implementing transitional projects, so the rate of investment capital implemented from the state budget is not high, equal to 9%. However, it is still higher than 5 years ago.
