- At the end of March 9 session, US stocks simultaneously increased after bond yields fell, prompting investors to return to technology stocks. Nasdaq Composite rose 3.69% to 13,073.82, noting its best day since November. Tesla gained 19.6% after a streak of five consecutive days of slump and its strongest single-day gain since February 2020. Apple and Facebook both rose more than 4%, while Microsoft and Netflix both rose at least 2.5%. Amazon grew 3.8%. At one point in the session, Nasdaq has risen 4.3%.

The decision to allow the pilot implementation of Mobile - Money takes effect from the date of signing (March 9, 2021). The pilot period of Mobile - Money service will last for 2 years
