- Investors were anxiously waiting for the new announcement of the Fed, Dow Jones left historic peak. The Dow Jones industrial average fell about 129 points, or 0.4%, to 32,825.95 points. The S&P 500 fell 0.2 percent after setting an intraday high and finished with 3,962.71 points. While the Nasdaq Composite was still up about 0.1 percent to close at 13,471.57 points.

- Contract negotiation for 3 North - South expressway PPP projects, namely Dien Chau - Bai Vot, Nha Trang - Cam Lam and Cam Lam - Vinh Hao, is going on as planned.
