- US stocks jumped to session highs, with the S&P 500 hitting a record high on Thursday, after US President Joe Biden announced that the White House had reached an infrastructure deal with a bipartisan group of senators. Closing the session, the S&P 500 index advanced nearly 0.6% to a record high of 4,266.49 points, repeating the previous record from June 14, 2021. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 322.58 points, or 1%, to 34,196.82 points, 2.6% below its all-time high.

Singapore is the largest investment partner in Vietnam in the first 6 months of the year with a total investment capital of 5.64 billion USD, accounting for nearly 36.9% of total investment capital in Vietnam, up 3.6% over the same period last year 2020.
