- The S&P 500 Index posted another record high on Tuesday amid upbeat economic data, but retreated to mostly flat late in the session as Wall Street continued its volatile phase. Closing the session, the S&P 500 inched nearly 0.1% to 4,291.80 points, enough to close at a record high for the fourth session. The Dow Jones index added 9 points after gaining more than 100 points at the beginning of the session, closing at 34,292.29 points. The Nasdaq Composite Index advanced 0.2 percent to a new record of 14,528.33.

- The US issued the final conclusion that copper pipes imported from Vietnam were dumped in the US by a margin of 8.35%, significantly lower than the dumping margin accused by the US domestic industry of being 110%. According to US data, Vietnam's copper pipe exports to the US in 2019 and 2020 are US$146.3 million and US$202.2 million, respectively, 20,200 tons and 29,100 tons, respectively.
