- US stocks rose to record highs on Monday (October 25), as investors braced for a week of key earnings reports from major tech companies. Ending the session, the Dow Jones inched 64.13 points (or 0.18%) to 35,741.15 points, recording a new record high closing. The S&P 500 index advanced 0.47% to a record high of 4,566.48 points. The Nasdaq Composite led gains, adding 0.9% to 15,226.70, boosted by a historic rally in Tesla shares.

In which, the province's capital is 1,767,416b VND, reaching 55.54%; Centrally implemented capital is 554,124b VND, reaching 48.6%. There have been 130/137 new construction projects, the investment capital has been settled with 277 projects, and 53 works are being inspected.
