US stocks continued to rally on Wednesday (February 9) as technology stocks led the market's gains, erasing some of the decline after a difficult start to the year. At the end of the session, the Nasdaq Composite index increased 2.08% to 14,490.40 points. The S&P 500 gained 1.5% to 4,587.18, while the Dow Jones added 305.28 points, or 0.86%, to 35,768.06.

According to the State Bank's recently announced report on the results of interest rate reduction and service fee reduction for customers affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, from July 15 to December 31, 2021, there are 16 banks under the State Bank of Vietnam. The Banking Association has participated in reducing interest rates to support customers affected by the epidemic, the total amount of interest has been reduced by 21,244 billion VND, supporting nearly 6 million customers.
