U.S. stocks turned lower on Thursday (Feb 10), after a key inflation report showed prices were rising faster than expected and pushed yields on 10-year U.S. Treasuries to exceed expectations. Closing the session, the Nasdaq Composite lost 2.1% to 14,185.64 points, while the S&P 500 dropped 1.8% to 4,504.06 and the Dow Jones dropped 526.47 points, or 1.47%, to 35,241.59.

In 2022, Hai Duong was approved by the Prime Minister with a public investment capital of VND 4,167.3 billion from the local budget, an increase of 35% compared to last year. Specifically, investment from land use revenue is 3,200 billion VND, capital construction expenditure is 730.1 billion VND, investment from local budget deficit is 209.2 billion VND and investment from revenue Lottery 28 billion VND.
