U.S. stocks plunged on Thursday (Feb 17) amid heightened tensions between Russia and Ukraine, with worried investors selling off riskier assets and rushing into bonds. The Dow Jones Industrial Average recorded its worst session of 2022 in both absolute and percentage terms. Ending the session, the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 622.24 points (or 1.78%) to 34,312.03 points, decreasing steadily throughout the session. The S&P 500 fell 2.12% to 4,380.26 points. The Nasdaq Composite Index lost 2.88% to 13,716.72 points.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has just made a global announcement about Vietnam lifting all restrictions on passenger air transport. Accordingly, Vietnamese and foreign airlines are allowed to operate with frequencies and routes between Vietnam and other countries and territories on the basis of agreements in bilateral and multilateral aviation agreements.
