US stocks fell on Wednesday (July 13) after data showed June inflation in the US hit the highest level since 1981, raising concerns that the US Federal Reserve (Fed) will be more drastic in the fight against inflation. Closing the session, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 208.54 points, or 0.67%, to 30,772.79, while the S&P 500 lost 0.45% to 3,801.78. The Nasdaq Composite Index fell 0.15% to 11,247.58 points.

As one of the important capital sources in development investment, but in the first 6 months of 2022, the disbursement of public investment capital from foreign loans (ODA) of the whole country reached only 9.1%, an unprecedented slowness. Even some ministries, branches and localities have not yet disbursed any money. In particular, many localities made very unreasonable recommendations to promote disbursement.

Foreign investors boosted a net selling of 570 billion dong on July 13. Foreign investors on HoSE saw a strong net selling of FUEVFVND ETF certificates with 224 billion dong, far behind VCB with 54 billion dong. Meanwhile, MWG was the strongest net buyer with 47 billion dong. VHM was also net bought 28 billion dong.
