Asian stocks mixed in the first session of the week. In Japan, the Nikkei 225 index rose 0.44%, and SoftBank's share price increased more than 1% ahead of the second-quarter earnings report. Chinese stocks rebounded, rallied. The Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.31%. South Korea's Kospi index rose 0.09%. In Hong Kong, the Hang Seng index fell 0.77%.

The Ministry of Transport has just issued a decision to assign the Project Management Board 85 to be the investor in the preparation of a feasibility study report for component 2 of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project phase 1. Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project phase 1 has a length of 53.7km, passing through 2 provinces of Dong Nai and Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
