Announcement: About changing the stock settlement time from VSD notification

Dear Valued Customers,

PINETREE would like to announcement that the changing of settlement time of stocks like shares, funds, cover warrant according the Decision no.109/QD-VSD to issue Guideline on securities clearing and settlement issued by VSD on on 19th August 2022 as follows:

• Current settlement time: 15h30 – 16h00 on T+2;
• Settlement time according to the new regulation: 11h00 – 11:30 on T+2
• Time of application: Effective from August 29, 2022.

Investors who buy/sell the above securities on August 25, 2022 (T+0) will receive their securities/money before 13:00 on August 29, 2022 (T+2). It also to be able to sell/buy in the afternoon session of the same day.
