US stocks rallied ahead of the Fed meeting. The Fed's policy meeting took place on September 20-21 with a forecast of 0.75% interest rate increase. The Dow Jones, S&P 500 and Nasdaq indexes rose 0.64%, 0.69% and 0.76%, respectively. Last week, the two indexes S&P 500 and Nasdaq recorded their biggest weekly loss since June in the context of a number of large businesses warning about the US business and economic prospects in the coming time, including: FedEx and General Electric.

On September 19, the Government submitted to the National Assembly Standing Committee a draft Law on Prices (amended). This fund has been proposed many times by businesses and experts to quit, but according to the Government, the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund cannot be abandoned due to unpredictable world price fluctuations, with Vietnam's current resistance conditions. In the south, the domestic gasoline price adjustment cycle is still relatively long (10 days).
