US stocks gained on Friday (November 4), but still ended the week in the red. The US October jobs report released on Friday divided investors, raising some concerns that the Fed will continue its rate hike campaign as the labor market has added 261,000 jobs. Others considered the data as a sign that the labor market was starting to decrease in a slow pace – as the unemployment rate rose to 3.7%.
