US stocks fell on Thursday, wiping out early gains as concerns about future moves by the US Federal Reserve outweighed the positive latest profit reports of the business. Alphabet shares fell more than 4% as investors grew concerned about increased competition in the artificial intelligence space. Meta shares fell 3%, also weighing on the Nasdaq Composite.
