The Vietnam stock market had a sharp decline since 2pm after fluctuating around the reference level from the beginning of the morning session. Although there were many groups that dropped today, there were still some bright spots, like retail sector, with typical stocks such as PET, DGW, FRT, and MWG after news of government approval for 2% VAT reduction plan.
