US stocks largely rallied on Wednesday (May 10), following a lower-than-expected April inflation report. The consumer price index (CPI) in April increased 4.9% year-on-year, lower than the 5% increase forecast by economists polled by Dow Jones. Even so, the Dow Jones index still fell 0.09% with the decline of many stocks such as Nike, Disney, American Express.
