US stocks fell on Tuesday (August 15), as concerns about the global economy, especially China, and the decline in US bank shares weighed on Wall Street. JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo shares both fell 2%, Bank of America shares lost 3%. Bank shares fell after Fitch warned that many banks might have to downgrade credit ratings.

On August 15, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) continued to increase the spot selling price of USD at the Exchange from 24,990 VND/USD to 25,025 VND/USD, an increase of 35 VND compared to August 14. This is also the highest USD spot selling price ever.
