US stocks rallied on Monday (September 11) to kick off a new week as investors bought into technology stocks after the recent decline. Tesla shares jumped 10% after Morgan Stanley upgraded the stock and predicted a significant upcoming climb thanks to breakthroughs with automation software. Qualcomm shares also increased nearly 4%.
