Most Asian stock markets rose on Thursday. Japanese stocks performed well, with the Nikkei 225 index increasing 1.41% when investors believed that the BoJ would still need to maintain negative interest rates for the time being. The Hang Seng Index still increased slightly by 0.21% despite the European Union opened an investigation into China's subsidies for electric vehicle manufacturers, causing major electric vehicle stocks such as BYD, Xpeng, and NIO to decline.

The USD exchange rate on September 14 soared to 24,400 VND. At Vietcombank, the USD exchange rate is listed at VND24,030 - VND24,370, an increase of VND50 compared to the end of yesterday. Previously, in the September 13 session, the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank also increased by VND60.
