Right in the afternoon session, VNIndex began to fall sharply as selling pressure increased, and gradually towards the end of the session, the downward momentum widened, causing VNIndex to close losing 39.85 points (equivalent to 3.34%).

On September 25, the State Bank continued to offer 28-day T-bills according to the interest rate bidding mechanism. As a result, 4/13 participating members won the bid with a total volume of VND10,000 billion, interest rate of 0.49% - lower than the previous session (0.5%) and the session on September 21 (0.69%).
