Asian stock markets fell broadly on Friday. Chinese stocks saw significant declines after data showed that China's consumer prices remained unchanged in September, while producer prices fell more slowly, and deflationary pressure was ongoing. As a result, China's Shanghai and Shenzhen indexes fell 0.64% and 0.99%, respectively, while the Hang Seng Index fell 2.33%.

The central exchange rate between Vietnamese Dong (VND) and US Dollar (USD) today was announced by the State Bank at 24,077VND/USD, an increase of VND10 compared to yesterday. With a margin of +/- 5% being applied, the ceiling exchange rate that banks apply is 25,280VND/USD and the floor exchange rate is 22,873 VND/USD.
