Since 13:00, VNIndex showed signs of recovery and gradually broke out towards the end of the session. Sectors that fell deeply in yesterday all increased the most today such as Chemicals, Banking, and Financial Services.

Asian stocks were mostly higher on Tuesday as Chinese markets showed signs of recovering from pre-pandemic lows. China's Shenzhen index rose 0.4%, recovering from its lowest since January 2019, while the Shanghai index rose 0.7%, rebounding from an 11-month low. Although Japan's PMI index showed the manufacturing activity fell more than expected in October, the Nikkei 225 index still increased slightly by 0.2%.
