Cisco Systems shares plunged nearly 10% after the networking hardware maker posted weak forecasts for the current quarter and full fiscal year. Walmart shares also slid 8% after announcing lower-than-expected forecasts for the full year. Both of these stocks are the most negative in the Dow Jones.
