US stocks prospered on Tuesday (February 6), as Wall Street evaluated the latest series of profit reports and when the US Federal Reserve (Fed) lowered interest rates. Palantir Technologies shares jumped nearly 31% after announcing revenue that exceeded expectations in the fourth quarter of 2023. Spotify Technology shares increased nearly 4% after reporting better-than-expected business results and the number of premium account subscription increased.
