Wall Street closed its best week of the year so far with a quiet finish. The S&P 500 ended little changed on Friday, but the index registered its biggest weekly percentage gain of 2024. A rally in stocks such as Nvidia and Meta Platforms have been the market’s main individual drivers in 2024. Nvidia shares are up close to 100% year-to-date.
