Asian stocks continued to weaken as investors digested corporate goods data from Japan, which showed that the country's annual producer price growth, or wholesale inflation, hit its highest level since July 2023 in October. At 3.4%, the rate was higher than the 3% increase estimated by Reuters and up from September's 2.8%.

The USD/VND exchange rate continued to increase to the ceiling by banks in today's session. According to a survey, all major banks are currently listing the USD selling price at 25,502 VND - the highest level in history.
