The S&P 500 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average were little changed on Wednesday as the post-election rally stalled. Investors also weighed inflation data. The consumer price index rose 2.6% in October from a year earlier, matching the forecasts of economists polled by Dow Jones. The core CPI, which excludes food and energy prices, rose 3.3% last month, also in line with forecasts.
