U.S. stock indexes continued to decline as the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy meeting minutes revealed that most officials favored keeping interest rates unchanged, adding to selling pressure from the pullback in Technology stocks. Intel tumbled 7%, Nvidia closed slightly lower, while Advanced Micro Devices and Broadcom both slipped 1%. Other major tech giants including Apple, Amazon, Alphabet, and Meta Platforms also saw declines.

Proprietary extended their net buying streak to a sixth straight session, with net purchases of VND124 billion, led by HDB (VND215 billion), HPG (VND90 billion), VCG (VND71 billion), and MWG (VND68 billion). Notably, VPB was heavily net sold, with VND450 billion worth of shares.
