European stock markets remained stable on November 27, as U.S. markets were closed for Thanksgiving and investors grew increasingly confident that the Federal Reserve (Fed) would cut interest rates next month. At the end of the trading session, major European indexes showed little change.

Gasoline and oil prices dropped by 250 to 1,020 VND/liter from 3 p.m. on November 27, following an adjustment by the Ministries of Industry and Trade and Finance. Specifically, RON 95-III gasoline fell 540 VND to 20,000 VND per liter; E5 RON 92 also decreased 520 VND to 19,280 VND. Similarly, diesel and kerosene prices dropped to 18,800 VND and 19,700 VND/liter, respectively.
