Major markets in the region are simultaneously in the red as the wave of sell-off in chip and artificial intelligence stocks continues to spread. South Korea's KOSPI fell the deepest in the region as investors suffered a big shock from the semiconductor group, followed by Japan's Nikkei 225. China's Shanghai Composite and Hong Kong's Hang Seng both adjusted slightly.
