The price of SJC gold bars in the afternoon of August 25 increased by 600 thousand VND per volume in both directions, to 147.60 million VND bought and 150.60 million VND sold. Bao Tin Minh Chau increased the most with 3.5 million VND in both directions, to 151.00 million VND and 155.00 million VND.

TCB announced a document to consult shareholders on the distribution of stock dividends at the rate of 50% for 2025, lower than the 60% approved at the general meeting of shareholders. The new issuance volume was 3.543 billion shares, the share of bonus shares for employees was 29.977 million units, equivalent to 0.28% of the outstanding volume, also lower than the approved 35.87 million shares. TCB's charter capital after these capital increases is 106.6 trillion VND, the largest in the Vietnamese banking system.
