JOB PURPOSE

  • The IT Operation and Support Officer (IT Officer) is responsible for monitoring, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Company’s core securities system to ensure its stable and reliable performance.
  • The role also supports the stable operation of end-user computers and provides technical assistance for end-user devices, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted IT operations across the Company.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Operate the Company’s core securities system.
  • Support the upgrade and maintenance of the Company’s core securities system.
  • Monitor the production environment and report system incidents. Respond promptly to operational issues when required.
  • Participate in the operation and troubleshooting of other technology systems in accordance with established procedures.
  • Report operational issues and system incidents to relevant stakeholders, and coordinate with related teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure the stable operation and maintenance of end-user devices, including PCs, laptops.
  • Prepare and maintain operational documentation, provide support for payment-related processes, and perform other reporting tasks as assigned.

  • Ensure the stable operation of the Company’s core securities system.
  • Provide timely end-user support to ensure continuous business operations.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or other related fields.
  • Preferred to have system-related certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or LPI.

2. Job knowledge

  • Knowledge of and skills in operating securities trading systems.
  • Knowledge of and skills in SQL.
  • Experience and skills in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
  • Knowledge of and skills in supporting software, hardware, and applications for PCs, laptops, and end-user devices.
  • Knowledge of and skills in operating Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) user management, file share permission management, and Microsoft 365 administration.

3. Relevant Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in operating application systems at a securities company or bank.
  • At least 3 years of experience in providing end-user support.

4. Required Competencies

  • Careful and detail-oriented.
  • Able to comply with established procedures and regulations during system operations and incident handling.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • English: Able to read and understand technical documents in English.
