Công ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán Pinetree (“Pinetree”) xin thông báo về việc sửa đổi mẫu Hợp đồng Mở tài khoản giao dịch chứng khoán (“Hợp đồng MTK”) như sau: 

1. Thời gian áp dụng: Kể từ ngày 01 tháng 07 năm 2025

2. Nội dung thay đổi:

Điều chỉnh nội dung về kỳ đối soát chi phí, giao dịch phát sinh trên TKGDCK, và xuất hóa đơn, chứng từ khấu trừ thuế theo quy định tại Nghị định 70/2025/NĐ-CP như sau:

Các điều khoản khác trong Hợp đồng MTK được giữ nguyên không đổi.

Việc sử dụng dịch vụ sau ngày mà các sửa đổi này có hiệu lực sẽ được xem là sự chấp nhận hoàn toàn của Quý khách đối với các sửa đổi đó. Nếu Quý khách không đồng ý với việc sửa đổi điều khoản nêu trên, Quý khách có quyền yêu cầu chấm dứt Hợp đồng GDCK bằng việc gửi Giấy đề nghị đóng tài khoản cho Pinetree.

[01.07.2025] Notice of Amendment to the Terms of the Securities Trading Account Opening Contract

Pinetree Securities Corporation (“Pinetree”) hereby announces the amendment of the Securities Trading Account Opening Contract (“Contract”) as follows:

1. Effective Date: from 01 July 2025
2. Details of Amendments

Adjustment of the provisions related to the reconciliation period for fees and transactions arising from the securities trading account, as well as the issuance of invoices and tax withholding documents, in accordance with Decree No. 70/2025/NĐ-CP, as follows:

All other terms and conditions of the Account Opening Contract remain unchanged.

The continued use of the service after the effective date of these amendments shall be deemed as your full acceptance of such amendments. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you have the right to request termination of the Securities Trading Contract by submitting a written request for account closure to Pinetree.
