When providing the Underwriting service, Pinetree helps the issuer to carry out the procedures before the securities offering, receive and purchase the entire value of the issuer’s securities for resale or purchase of the remaining securities not yet distributed.

To be able to provide Underwriting service, Pinetree needs to perform the following steps:

• Surveys, collect documents, evaluate and analyze enterprises;
• Build an issuance plan suitable to the actual conditions of the business;
• Consult the application for issuance permit to the competent authority (if any);
• Promote and organize Roadshow programs to introduce the release;
• Search and negotiate with investors, strategic partners;
• Organizing the release.
