Customer will receive account number and initial login password from Pinetree Securities via SMS and Email. Please follow the steps below on the AlphaTrading app.

1. Open the AlphaTrading app and tap on the Account icon.

2. Insert the password you received from Pinetree then choose Login to continue

You will be required to change your password upon the first login. Please log in and proceed to change your password to ensure security.

After entering the new password, the system will prompt you to complete a second layer of authentication through an OTP sent to your registered phone number. Enter the verification code to finalize the password change.

3. Choose OK to activate the quick login feature using face recognition or fingerprint.
