Money Transaction

1. I have deposited money into my account, but the balance remains unchanged.

Please follow these steps to check:

  • Verify your account balance: Transfers to Pinetree require processing time before being credited to the account.
  • Check the deposit details: Ensure the deposit description follows the instructions, including “[Securities account number] [Account holder’s full name] Deposit to Stock Trading Account.” If the information is incorrect or the funds still have not appeared in your account, please contact us for assistance:

2. Can I use my bank account to transfer money into someone else’s account at Pinetree?

Yes, you can transfer money from any bank account into a securities account at Pinetree. Be sure to include the full deposit details as follows: “[Securities account number] [Account holder’s full name] Deposit to Stock Trading Account.”

3. Can I transfer money from my securities account to someone else’s bank account?

You can only register transfers to your own bank account.

4. I want to make an internal transfer to another person at Pinetree.

Unfortunately, you can only transfer between your own stock and derivative accounts. Pinetree does not support transferring to other customers’ accounts at Pinetree.

5. I withdrew money from my securities account, and the system shows that the money was deducted, but I haven’t received it in my bank account. What should I do?

Your transfer request is being processed by Pinetree’s operations team. Please wait a few minutes and check the transfer status again, or contact us using the information below for further assistance:

6. If I deposit money at BIDV after 5 PM, will it be recorded the same day?

If you deposit into Pinetree’s main account after 5 PM on a business day or weekends/holidays, Pinetree will credit the funds to your securities account on the next business day.
