To create a new PineX account and join the PineX social network, please follow these steps on the PineX app:

1. Open the PineX app and select “Sign Up” to begin.

Note: You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.

2. Please fill in the required information to make the process smoother and faster.

Enter the phone number used to register the account. We will send a verification code via SMS.

3. Please check your phone and enter the verification code.

If you do not receive the message, wait 10 seconds to request the code again.

4. Once verification is successful, you will have successfully created a PineX account.

To upgrade your trading account, please have your ID card or citizen ID ready and click the “Upgrade Trading Account” button.

5. Please take and upload photos of the front and back of your ID card.
Note: Ensure the photos are taken in good lighting, center the ID within the frame, and make sure the images are clear and not blurred or misaligned.

6. If the system is unable to scan your information, please retake the photos or try again.

7. Facial verification is required to enhance security.

Please follow the instructions and ensure your phone is in good lighting conditions.

8. The system will automatically extract your information from the ID card or citizen ID you provided. Please review and correct any inaccurate information (if any).

9. If facial verification is successful, please confirm the registered information. Then, click the “Next” button.

10. You have successfully opened a trading account with Pinetree. At this step, you can choose to “Open a margin account or register for other services with Pinetree.”

11. Please follow the instructions and click the “Agree” button after confirming the contract with Pinetree.

12. You have completed the account registration process with Pinetree. Please enter a referral code (if you have one).
