The Customers can request bank transfers from any account, whether it is a margin account or a normal account. Customers can also transfer to one or multiple accounts at different banks.

Note: The bank account holder’s name must match the officially registered securities account holder’s name at Pinetree Securities.

BANK TRANSFER

1. At the “Asset” feature, choose “Withdraw“

2. Choose “New Request”

3. Choose the bank then insert the amount of withdrawal money

4. Confirm the transfer and finish. A verification code will be required for the transaction.
